January Favourites

This past week I am ashamed to say I have not posted once. I've been super busy organising and overseeing a week of evening events for our Christian Union Mission Week at Uni, and it's not left much time for anything else! I hope to be back to [somewhat] regular posting soon, but for now, here's my belated January Favourites.

Lou Candeloun Candle *: My current favourite candle to burn in the evenings, this is a lilac and citrus scented jar of relaxation.

NARS Kalahari duo *: My most recent post featured this bronzey eyeshadow duo, perfect for a winter glowing smokey eye. [read more here]

Soap and Glory Trick and Treatment Concealer *: A yellow-pigmented under-eye concealer to neutralise those pesky dark circles, this stuff lasts all day without creasing and brightens up your face for a teeny tiny price! [read more here]

Liz Earle Instant Boost Skin Tonic *: My first delve into Liz Earle last month led to the discovery of this most gorgeous toner. My skin is so much happier since including this adding this nourishing step to my skincare routine. [read more here]

ARK Anti-aging Skin Protector *: A luxurious primer which keeps my makeup looking fresh for 12 hours, and doesn't break me out. [read more here]

Clinique Super Primer (redness version): Yes, I like primers. I've featured this one in a favourites post before, and since repurchased it. I've been layering this on top of the ARK primer to mattify and reduce redness.

Divergent Trilogy: I've been reading this series since receiving it for Christmas. I've loved snuggling up with a hot water bottle for a good read. After devouring The Hunger Games, Divergent was the next logical step in the dystopian world book obsession!

  5. I love the Divergent trilogy. I was so hooked it took me under a week to read all three! I'm so excited for the film (mainly just to see Theo James) I have a slight obsession with him! The Nars Duo looks so beautiful :) x

  6. I love the look of that concealer, I've joined the collection lasting perfection concealer hype but don't like that it creases towards the end of the day!

  14. Soap and Glory has always been a winner with skincare but when the make up launched I was a little skeptical.
However it's amazing! I use the foundation and the Kick ass concealer which are both fab so I may have to give the one you have a whirl too!

    Best wishes, Danielle.
